2023 - What's New?

It has been a busy and fun year so far!  Here are some updates:

I moved into an office space at Ravenscroft Suites in downtown (29 Ravenscroft Drive), and continue to see patients there, or virtually, or in clients’ homes.

As part of my continuing education, recently I became certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  I look forward to helping people find movement and energy in their bodies!  Personal training sessions will take place in clients’ homes. I participated in the Pisgah Mountain Bike Adventure Race (PMBAR), and my teammate Leslie and I placed third in the women’s division!
